Daniel
serves individuals and others entrepreneurs. He offers his services to manage
construction projects mostly in Quebec but also all across Canada and overseas.
Daniel likes working in the field ,taking care of the operations (hands
on, supervision, estimates, material, safety...) and dealing with the clients
directly (promotion, develop the business, find clients, from negotiation,
contracts, until sign off). Sometimes, he can help an individual to build
his own house or be hired by a construction company to manage larger construction
projects. He is an engineer, a leader with an MBA and multilingual and computer
skills. Daniel was raised in a modest family of builder-entrepreneurs in
Quebec and was introduced to the wheels of construction work since he was
12 y.o. . He first played the role of framer and carpenter, working for
the family business before he founded "Constructions Daniel Dargis
inc." in 1988, doing residential turn key projects. Daniel always kept
a taste for working hands on and now he continues to do so in renovation
with his team although he also takes care of the: administration, marketing,
estimates, business development, design, clients needs, and more. Now, Daniel
offers his services as project and construction manager for: other companies
on large projects or for individuals who have to build their own house.
He has 20 years experience in construction and renovation of residential
projects "cottages and bungalows" as builder, engineer and manager
in Quebec. Daniel also has 5 years experience in start-up of industrial
projects and 2 years experience in management and supervision of commercial
modular projects or remote camps for Oil & Gas companies north of Alberta.
Daniel is looking for working with the president and direction of a larger
construction company to the operations and business development, taking
care for instance of a new territory or package of projects. |
